If I may propose something.

It would be great if there was a possibility to have an archive of the (automated) newsletters.

So a 'copy' of every newsletter with the placeholders (except the users placeholder) replaced with their real content on the time of sending.

And the possibility to publish them in a module (list) so that the old newsletters can be reopened later.

Or maybe something like that exists already but I didn't found it...

Thank you for the suggestion.

In earlier versions, automated newsletters were separate from general newsletters. And every time automated newsletter is sent, a copy was saved as general newsletter. Back then, there were separate tags (some were common) which could be used in automated and general newsletters. This created unnecessary complexity and confusion.

Then, to make things simpler we merged both these newsletters.

There is no such feature for users to see the archive of newsletters on the frontend.
