Boot One is free? But no file download starts.

Hello, I just noticed the Boot One Template. It seem to be a free download. But I can't get the file. The button has no effect. Do you have any clue?

BTW, after submitting the previous comment I got this error message on a white page. But the comment has been posted. 1366 - Incorrect integer value: '' for column `techfryc_tfmain`.`krbuh_tfm_queue`.`user_id` at row 1 The link is broken or the page has been moved.
