Does your newsletter extension is capable of sending make SEF url within the subscription confirmation as well as track-able links?

Yes, links in the newsletters can be tracked. I didn't get the question about SEF URLs.
Subscribers are Joomla users, so user confirmation is done by Joomla core only.
