Hello, I'm unable to download and install your components because the zip files are empty when downloaded; they have size, but there are not files inside and they cannot be extracted.

What should I do?

Hello

There is no need to extract ZIP files. You can directly upload and install using Joomla installer.

We can also send you the extension by email.

Thank you

Then why are you serving empty zip files on your site in multiple locations, including the homepage? And I've already paid for the premium version of your forum tool and received no code or communication relevant to enabling the Pro features - how can I move forward with this?

Hello

ZIP files are not empty. On some systems, they appear to be empty.

You can download the Pro version of the extension from the "Orders" page and install it using standard Joomla installer. I am also sending the ZIP file to your email.

The component will be updated automatically to Pro version.

Thank you

Thanks for your response, unfortunately my order is not connected to this account for some reason, I have proof of purchase if needed but my Orders page is empty.

The zip file sent to me via email also appears empty. Am I supposed to upload this file to install it?

I've now installed both the library and the tf forum - could you help me get my Pro version, my payment transaction ID 9E437201BE776953H according to PayPal.

Also, where/how can I enter the download key to enable automatic updates?

Sorry to keep replying here but after testing the installed component, only the admin dashboard works - attempting to view the list of topics results in this error:

Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in src/Model/Front/TfModelList.php on line 100

Then attempting to click Submit results in a full site error: Oops!
