Auto Tasks: Edit

This page is used to add a new or edit an existing automatic task. To create a new task, click on "New". To edit an existing Task, click on the title from the list of tasks.

Form Fields

Title: This is the title of the task.

1. Auto Task Tab

Task Type: Choose the type of task you want to set. Four types are available:

1. Update: Updates column in any Joomla database table.
2. Delete: Deletes records in any Joomla database table.
3. Replace: Replaces text in any Joomla database table.
4. Notify: Sends an email notification based on changes in Joomla database table.

Database Table: Enter the name of the database table without prefix.

Last Execution: Date on which the task was last executed. This field is calculated automatically.

Next Execution: Date on which the task is scheduled to be executed. This filed is automatically updated based on the set frequency.

Times Executed: Number of times the task is executed.

Enable Logging: Enable or disable logging when the task is executed.

2. Options Tab

The options are specific to the type of task.

3. Auto Options Tab

Auto Processing: Enable or disable automatic processing of the task.

Frequency Type: Select the frequency type - Days, Hours, Minutes.

Frequency: Enter the value of the frequency.
