Renewals: Edit

This page is used to add a new or edit an existing Renewal Order. To create a new renewal order, click on "New". To edit an existing Renewal Order, click on the title From the list of Renewal items.

1. Renewal Tab

Product: Select the product from the list.

Renew Date: Choose the date when the order will be next renewed.

Duration: The duration, in months, for the renewal subscription.

User: Select the Joomla user for the renewal order.

Email Status: This should be zero for new orders. It is updated automatically when reminder email is sent.

Expired Status: Choose whether the subscription is expired or active.
