Subscribe or Profile Form Menu Item

A Subscribe or Profile Form menu item displays the frontend form for your site visitors to subscribe or join your website. The same form can also be used for updating the profile. You can create two menu items with different settings - one for subscription form and another for profile form.

1. Details

Menu Item Type: Click the Select button. Under TF Mail, select Subscribe or Profile Form.

2. Options

Image: Select an image to display above the form.

Description: The description is displayed before the form. You can enter HTML code here.

User Groups: Joomla user groups the subscriber will be joined. If you are not sure, select Registered from the list.

Custom Redirect: Enter the Url where users are redirected after the form is submitted.

Custom Message: Enter the message that will be displayed after submitting the form.

Enable Form: Enable or disable the subscription form. Generally, you should enable this unless you want subscriptions through social media channels only.

3. Form

Layout: Select the layout for the form - Simple, Fieldsets, Accordion or Tabs.

Enable User Registration: If enabled, username and password fields will be shown. Otherwise, these fields will be auto generated. The username will be same as the email.

Display Fields: Select the Joomla user custom fields to display in the form.

Show Name Field: Enable or disable to display the name field. If disabled, the name will be automatically generated from the email.

Show Captcha: Show or hide the captcha for guest users.

Button Text: Enter the text for the Submit Button.

Button Class: Enter the class to style the Submit button.
