TF Articles Module Configuration

You can display Joomla articles in three layouts: list, blog or card. Articles can be filtered by categories or tags or both.

1. Module Settings

Layout: Select the layout - Blog, Card or List.

Columns: For blog and card layout, select the number of columns.

Column Class: Enter the class for column styling.

Mode: Select the mode - to display articles related by category or related by tags or normal.

Pre Text: This text is displayed above the module.

Post Text: This text is displayed below the module.

2. Filtering

Number of Articles: Enter the number of articles to display.

Featured Articles: Select whether to show or hide featured articles or display only featured articles.

Category Filtering Type: Select Inclusive to Include the Selected Categories, Exclusive to Exclude the Selected Categories.

Category: Select one or more categories.

Tags: Select one or more tags or leave empty to ignore.

Exclude Current Article: Enable or disable to exclude current article.

Article IDs to Exclude: Enter specific IDs of articles to exclude from displaying.

Date Filtering: Select type of date filtering - Date Range or Relative Date.

3. Ordering

Order Results: Select the column for sorting the articles - Title, Published Date, Created Date, Modified Date, Ordering, Featured Articles, Hits, Id, Alias, Random.

Direction: Select the sorting direction - Ascending or Descending.

4. Display

Title: Toggle switch to show or hide the article title.

Image: Select the image to display - Intro, Full or None.

Date: Toggle switch to show or hide the article date.

Date Field: Select the date field to display - Published, Modified or Created.

Date Format: Enter the format for the date.

Category: Toggle switch to show or hide the article category.

Tags: Toggle switch to show or hide the article tags.

Intro Text: Toggle switch to show or hide the article intro text.

Text Limit: Enter the number of characters to display.

Read More Link: Toggle switch to show or hide the "Read More" button.

5. Styles

Button Text: Enter the text for the Read More button.

Button Class: Enter the class for Read More button styling.

Image Class: Enter the class for image styling.
