TF Mail Users: List

The Users list is used to find, and view summary of Statistics of your Joomla users. In TF Mail component, Joomla users are subscribers. The component does not store users in any separate database table.

Column Headers

1. Checkbox: Check this box to select users. To select all the users, check the box in the column heading.

2. Status: The status of the user - whether or not the user is enabled.

3. Email: The email address of the user.

4. Register: The date the user was registered.

5. Last Visit: The date on which the user last logged in.

6. Last Open: The date on which the user last opened any newsletter.

7. Q S O C: Its stands for Queue, Sent, Open, Click. This displays count of newsletters for the user in queue, sent, open and link clicks.

8. Percentage: This is the open percentage. It is calculated as the number of newsletters opened divided by the number of newsletters sent.

9. Actions: Link buttons to perform certain actions on the user.

10. ID: A unique identification number for this user.

List Filters

Search: You can search by the email of the User.

Click Filter Options to display the additional filters.

1. Select Status: Select from Published (Enabled) or Unpublished (Disabled).

Toolbar

1. Dashboard: Navigates to the component dashboard area.

Actions: Reveals a list of actions. Some actions are activated after checking one or more items in the list.

2. Publish: Enables the selected users.

3. Unpublish: Disables the selected users.

4. Trash: Deletes the selected users.

5. Import: Imports the items to the database table from CSV file. Learn More

6. Export: Exports selected database table columns to CSV file. Learn More

7. Query: Performs database operations on the table. Learn More

8. Help: Opens the help screen.

Subscription System

Subscription: Users can be subscribed through Joomla module, menu link or backend. If user already exists or unsubscribed, the profile of the user is updated. The user will also be subscribed to campaigns (if not already joined).

Unsubscription: When a user unsubscribes, the user is marked unsubscribed, any emails in the queue are deleted, and any campaigns user is subscribed to are deleted.
