The version provided on your website is not compatible with Joomla 4.It uses getSubscribedEvents(), which exists only in Joomla 5. Because of this, Joomla 4 throws a fatal error when creating a custom field.

Could you please provide me the previous version of TF Upload,the last one that was officially compatible with Joomla 4 (around v1.1.x) ?

This is required, because the current download crashes Joomla 4.
