Double entries of course modules in TF-Learn

Most of the course-module entries are doubled in the path-view in TF-Learn (see picture). How can I drop one?

This may be due to duplicates in the Modules tab while editing the Course.

Please share Joomla login credentials at mail@joomlafry.com, s that we can check it at site level.

So, there have not been any duplicates in the Modules tab while editing the Course. How can I stop that?
