Hiding the Page Title under Lesson view

Hello, I have the Page and Lesson titles set to the same text. This means that under the lesson view, the Lesson title appears twice. How do I hide the page title or lesson title so this text only appears once? Thanks.

Please update the component. We have added new setting to show or hide lesson title in the component options under Page tab.
