TF Learn
November 16, 2023

Hello, I would like the ability to "prepare content" in the TF Learn course page.

Currently, I have an article that has all the sales copy for my course that I created in TF Learn.

In TF Learn -> Courses, under the course description, I simply load the article using the Articles Anywhere plugin. But the plugins inside the article don't work.

For instance, the load modules plugin just appears as text, like this

{loadmoduleid 153}

I would like to have the module load or at worst just have that text hidden.

If you would integrate this feature request into your future versions I would be much obliged.

Thanks!

Hello

There is a setting for enabling content plugins in component options -> Page Tab -> Prepare Content. Please enalble this.

Hello, thanks for the reply.

That enables plugins in the course pages; I already have this option enabled.

I am talking about enabling plugins on the course landing page; the one that is publically viewable through the menu item TF Learn -> Paths

Currently it just shows something like {loadmoduleid 155} if I attempt to load a plugin. I would like the plugin to display or the text to be hidden if it can't. I hope you are able to implement this feature.

Thanks,

Brett

Thank you for the suggestion.

We will include this in the next update in 2 to 3 days.

Hello, I am writing because I don't think this update has been properly implemented.

I currently have TF Learn 2.2.4 and the only thing that displays is the curly brace text when I attempt to load a plugin, for example:

{vimeo}https://vimeo.com/123123123{/vimeo}   Where in the article this plugin would load the video.   Thanks and looking forward to your update.

Where exactly this short code is entered in the backend?

In the course:Edit page at index.php?option=com_tflearn&view=course&layout=edit&id=1

Hello

Please update the component and check now. There is new setting in global configuration under course tab for "Prepare Content". Please enable this as well.

Thank you
