My mails send by TF Mail are rejected by 1 provider as spam. Why?
As far as I can see I have the same parameters for Joomla and for TF Mail but my mails from TF Mail are rejected for telenet addresses but other mails send by Joomla to the same address passes without problems.

Hello,
TF Mail uses Joomla method of sending emails. So, maybe the content of newsletter is causing problem. You can create a new user for Mail Tester as test user and try sending the newsletter to it.
