As I was exploring my options for back end buttons in Joomla, which are undocumented, I came upon your page: https://www.techfry.com/joomla/add-backend-toolbar-and-actions-in-joomla

You list the button types, but outside of the standard button, you do not give any use examples of the other button types.

Just FYI, as it would be useful.
