Problem enrolling in Course

Hello,

I have just updated Joomla an TF Learn and have now the Problem enrolling in a course. (see screenshot). I tried to enroll and got this error-message (short translation from German):

Have no idea what I could change.

Please enable debug from Global Configuration. It will provide more details from where the error is coming.

concerning the updates, I have received the following info in joomla

Update: Die Update-Quelle #15 „TF Learn“ konnte nicht geöffnet werden. URL: https://updates.techfry.com/components/tflearn_pro.xml

 

Update source could not be opened. URL...
