Hello!

I read in the forum some threads about character issues in regards to other languages than english. I need to add that I have a similar problem with German "Umlaute" ö,ä,ü, etc. These are not displayed correctly in a newsletter.

The interesting thing is that it workes on the online page itself (articles, modules, etc. show the correct chars), plus I had no issue when testing TF mail on my local development computer. I used the very same smtp settings and all editor (JCE) settings are the very same. So when I send a newsletter from my local machine, those special chars are show correctly in the email received. When I send the same newsletter (same html code) from my online site, the special chars are wrong.

Where do I start to investigate?
