Have tried to download and install TF Connect 3 times. Each time the download does not complete. Even so, there was a zip file, so tried installing - just error message "Unable to detect manifest file."

We do not have any extension named "TF Connect". In case you are referring to TF Contact Module, we have discontinued TF Contact Module for Joomla.
