Probably I missed the way to search. I purchased a TF Upload plugin PRO. But I have only a plugin without any settings to do. The Option button in Joomla Plugin screen is not present and I cannot configure this little plugin. The documentation is very poor. I cannot find the real documentation where I can learn how to configure and how to use...

This is custom field plugin. Options are not available in the plugin itself.

Options will be available after adding new custom field in any component that supports Joomla custom field.
