Where can I find information or instructions on how to implement and configure TF Forum for joomla?

The configuration and settings are at two places:

1. In the component configurations
2. In the menu Item options

Feel free to ask in case of any problems.

what is the default forum url where i could see how it even looks like in localhost?

Create a menu item for TF Forum -> List All Topics.

ok i found that, but now it says: "The requested page can't be found " and "500: You do not have permissions to access this page."

Check access option in the Component Options -> Topics tab.

Also check access setting in the menu item.

oh wait.. this one maybe said: "0 - Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params" but it should be all public and stuff... (localhost)

now i tried it with j4 stable and tf132, but error is still exactly the same??

ok, now the error is gone with 133, but it doesnt show any topics (No Matching Results) and only opens some random empty Home page when logged in and trying to create a new topic...
