I attempted to download the TF Structured Data Joomla extension without creating an account.

I found it impossible to do.

The email says "You can use your email address and the order token to view the order. Order token is:".

I have no idea where to enter the token.

Why is a token needed.

Why do you make it so difficult? The process is certainly not user-friendly.

Why do use a standard Captcha?

Even this textbox does a new paragraph on the Enter Key rather than a linefeed.
